An historical overview

Our company established in 1985 as part of a group who began operating in this sector far back in 1965.

Over time through various transformations we have worked on behalf of companies within or outside the group, working both in the context of the renovation of historic buildings and in the urban infrastructure and suburban areas.

The company and the team that composes are bearers of a know-how gained in over 40 years and that over time, has developed on behalf of numerous clients, finished properties and regularly sold about:

1999
VIMODRONE - MILANO

Land covering 221,000 square meters approx., with a volume of 340,000 cubic meters, 220,000 of which for residential uses and 120,000 for service sector uses. Completion of all formalities necessary to obtain an agreement with the local authority of Vimodrone. Work lasting more than twenty years had previously been carried out prior to achieving the final results. The first PII (integrated operating plan) ever approved by Lombardy Region was obtained for this area. The land was sold to two foreign investors.
